Sessions are tailored to help with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth.

All services are offered through telehealth for clients located in Florida and Vermont, making counseling accessible, flexible, and convenient from the comfort of your home.

We accept a variety of insurances through Grow Therapy and Headway, including Florida Blue, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Aetna, Ambetter, and more. We also accept private pay at $85 per session. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we encourage you to contact us for guidance.

Your first session is about getting to know you and your goals. We’ll discuss what brought you to counseling, your challenges, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
